The written policy insures everyone is treated equally.<\/p>\n<p>Most traffic fines are now paid to a central fine collection agency in Jefferson City. If you choose to plead &#8220;not guilty&#8221;, you must follow the instructions you received with your ticket to send your plea of &#8220;not guilty&#8221; to Jefferson City.
